Kimberlee has more than 15 years high-tech finance experience, having been involved in both public and privately held manufacturing companies. In addition, Kimberlee has a strong entrepreneurial spirit, having started and successfully sold a small food distribution company. Kimberlee was previously employed as Assistant Controller of i3Statprobe, Inc., an Ann Arbor based service company that offers CRO services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries.

Prior to i3Statprobe, Kimberlee was Finance Manager of Avail Networks, Inc., an Ann Arbor based high-tech manufacturing company which raised over $20 million in venture capital. Kimberlee was involved in the IPO of a predecessor company and worked on the sale of this predecessor company to Cabletron Systems. Prior to Avail she spent five years with Cimage Corporation a manufacturer of document management software. Prior to Cimage, she was employed with J.P. Industries, Inc. corporate headquarters in Ann Arbor where she held various positions in administration, finance and tax. Kimberlee received a B.A. in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University with a concentration in Accounting.
