Over the past 20 years Mark has developed a wide range of experiences to include, accounting, finance, product management, marketing, sales and sales management. Recently, he was the Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Gen-Probe. His responsibilities included field sales and service, customer service, technical support, and international sales accounting for 14% of Gen-Probe work force. Operational responsibilities included coordinating and leading International Sales and Business Meetings, managing the demand review process, recruiting, training, developing support staff, managing budgets to stakeholder expectations and chaired a number of key development committees.Prior to Gen-Probe, Mark worked with a number of organizations developing and establishing markets such as Point of Care or Near Patient Testing, revitalizing depressed markets, plus distribution management. His educational experience includes a B.B.A., Accounting from Otterbein College and a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego. |
