Product Overview

The market for microfluidic devices and novel process makes this possible. Addressing the broadening requirements of nucleic acid testing of new microfluidic techniques opens the market to more laboratories.

HandyLab's development of third generation nucleic acid devices has lead the company to create novel proprietary reagents and instrumentation. Until now, nucleic acid testing has been highly centralized in larger laboratories. Our vision is to enable laboratories from the very large to the very small to engage in nucleic acid testing, better serving their patient populations.

Other than delivering, mixing and directing the flow of milliliter to nanoliter fluid quantities, HandyLab offers special microfluidic products for providing functional modules such as temperature control, electrodes for electrical measurements, filtering, reagent introduction, on-chip reservoirs and optical measurement. These functions can be provided with the HandyLab extraction kit or built into custom designed microfluidic products.
